Steven Flannigan

Summary: survivor of the Lockerbie air disaster who as a 14 year old became an orphan along with his elder brother David (d. 1993) when their parents Tom and Kathleen Flannigan and younger sister Joanne were killed after debris from Pan Am Flight 103 landed on his family's house in southern Scotland following a mid-air explosion on December 21, 1988 that left 270 others dead in one of the worst domestic terrorism in Great Britain history.
